Police arrested one person on charge of abusing an underage girl sexually at Puistola area in Helsinki on Monday afternoon, said police in a press release.
The man onboard a private car used abusive words towards the girl when she was walking, said police, quoting the victim.
Responding to an alarm, police rushed to the spot, but the suspect left the scene by this time.
Police conducted extensive search at the locality and nearby area and arrested the man within few hours.
Police, however, did not divulge the detail identity of the suspect.
They are investigating into the case as sexual abuse against child.
